The Process
I understand that things come up! Unlike other companies, I don’t have a strict cancellation policy—just let me know the day before, and we’ll find a new time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
No, I can photograph the property alone as long as I have access via a lockbox or other entry method.
DOES ANYONE NEED TO BE AT THE SHOOT?
Yes! I primarily serve Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Goodlettsville, and Murfreesboro, but I can travel further, including out of state, with additional fees.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF NASHVILLE?
I pride myself in working efficiently, with most homes taking less than 30 minutes to shoot, compared to over an hour for most photographers.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE SHOOT TAKE?
Yes! Thanks to my background in assistant staging, I offer light staging assistance for an additional fee.
CAN YOU HELP WITH STAGING FIRST?
That depends! I make only necessary edits to ensure the home looks its best while remaining true to life.
